Lixian Qingshan Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. is about 150kilometers to the south of Beijing. Our company has an advantage in geographical position and transportation. Our company covers an area of over 18,000 square meters.
We have five sophisticated production lines. Our main products are black building paper and roofing felt which are in conformity with ASTM standards of the USA. The specifications of black building paper are 30 minute paper, 60 minute paper, 90 minute paper and 120 minute paper. The specifications of roofing felts are ASTMD-4869 #15 and #30, ASTM D-226 15# Type I, 30# Type II, ASTM D-6380 and ASTM D-225 (glass-fiber shingle). We also supply tone-coated steel roofing tiles, SBS/APP modified bitumen membranes, self-adhesive bitumen membranes, and polyurethane waterproof coating.
Our company is the leading manufacturer of waterproof materials according to the standards of ASTM in China. Our annual output of black building paper and roofing felt is eight million rolls. The output of Asphalt shingles and stone-coated steel roofing tiles are five million square meters annually.
